XJ550 Maxim stopping again.

    So far I've enjoyed the XJ a few times on the road that I've had off and it wasn't raining, but once again a nasty problem is rearing its ugly head. I get maybe 10 minutes into a ride and once everything is good and warmed up the bike begins to bog down, and then die. Like an idiot I assumed it was the less than spectacular stator, so I went ahead and got a Rick's Electric one. Reg/rec is also a ricks that I purchased after my first bought of dying problems.

    I want to say its a charging problem again, and if so that only leaves the rotor, which is a used one. Really its the only part of the charging system I haven't replaced yet unless the reg/rec was ate somehow. Of course I want to be certain so I'm open to other suggestions.
