Is there a good aftermarket vacuum petcock with an OFF switch as well, like I have on my ‘13 Kawasaki KLR? I like the idea of being able to shut off the fuel for Long storage periods.

    I'm not aware of one.
I've always wondered why Kawasaki had theirs made with an off position, and Yamaha didn't.
You could do some measuring and see if there is a Kwak one that will fit.
Several people here have put a secondary shutoff valve inline after the petcock.

Honestly, if your petcock and float needles are in proper working order the shutoff isn't necessary. Mine can sit for six months sometimes, and never leaks a drop.
For storage longer than that I empty the tank and fog it with oil (my Virago project is being stored that way as we type).
