Be careful as your bike is likely to have a different regulator/alternator to the wiring diagram.

If the regulator does not have brown/green wires to it then it is a "Later model" described by Haynes. It will have a permanent magnet alternator (No brushes).

Now you have a wiring diagram, you can trace the 12v feed to the TCI, check the ignition coil primary resistance (And earth return).

Did it just stop working overnight?

You have to wait until the site is quieter - or keep trying. Think they try to get you to subscribe for "Premium downloads" Where are you?

I have tried loads of times and all I get is the following message:

    Error

This file is neither allocated to a Premium Account, or a Collector's Account, and can therefore only be downloaded 10 times.

    This limit is reached.

To download this file, the uploader either needs to transfer this file into his/her Collector's Account, or upload the file again. The file can later be moved to a Collector's Account. The uploader just needs to click the delete link of the file to get further information.

I have the zip file on my computer but it is 80mb. I can try to send it to you but I know that email accounts like Hotmail have limits.

Do you want the whole manual or just some information??

The manual is actually photographs of an original Haynes manual. You can read all the details though.

No XJ600 manual here. There is an XJ600 diversion though!

Thanks for the link tiff but it's only downloading at 2.3 kb/s
Does anyone have a scan of the wiring diagram only?
