    Hello!

I bought a XJ600 last week that wasn't running, just got her running tonight and took her for a quick run. Noticed that I lost power at the top end of the powerband. I assume this is because there is no airbox on my bike (last owner started converting into cafe racer) and the filters that are on have no restrictions. Was thinking about maybe putting smaller filters inside the ones already on since I quite like the look. Is that possible? Or should I go about this differently?

you didn't narrow your model down.
Do you have the same bike as an American FJ600 or do you have a 600 Diversion or Seca II?
These guys have inexpensive kits for either.
Typically attempting to re-jet a mostly stock bike but missing the airbox is considered Stage-3

    Sorry, I have a 1985 XJ600 (51J I think), same as FJ600 in the states.
