XJ650 Gas Tank for Sale - great shape

    Cleaned, painted, inside sealed and treated. Tank from 1981 650 Maxim.

    It IS the tank pictured on my bike in the link in my signature.

    Tank comes with both badges.
    Left badge in good shape, chrome finish.
    Right badge old and cracked, stays in place. Used to be gold finish.

    Does not include petcock or gas cap.
    Does not include trim around welded seam.

    Right side had a dent that I attempted to pop out but filled with Bondo instead. Minimal impact on tank volume (maybe 1/4 cup displaced by filled dent).

    Exterior and interior rust-free. Chemically treated the rust, sealed the inside. Outside painted with Acrylic Urethane black paint and topcoat, both with paint activator applied through a spray gun.
