XJ650 intake manifolds pulsing

    My Seca seems to be running pretty well after some time tweaking and fiddling...carbs still needs to be synched since my last carb tweak (backing air screws out to 2.5 turns).

    Anyhow, I noticed something interesting while running, I hold my fingers to the intake manifold (between the carb and head) and notice that it is pulsing, although subtle. Upon closer look, I can actually see the rubber parts pulsing. Normal or is my engine possessed? But seriously, is this normal?
