ok - My lovely father was trying to help me get my bike started.

I wanted to jump start the bike with my car and my dad tried to help me and put the cables on backwards. eek!!

After a little freaking out I got the cables on correctly and started the bike, I went for a ride to make sure the battery charged up and I got about a half mile down the road and it quit in the middle of the road and wouldn't start again.

I replaced the battery and that did not solve the issue. I need an idea of what is fried so I can try to get it running again.

Thanks in advance for the help!!

Start by checking the fuses and the fuse clips. Don't just look at them, use a meter or a test light to check for continuity.
