XJ650J analog speedo ratio

    I'm involved in a resurrection of a butched up bobber 82 XJ650 Maxim.
    The stock speedo drive appears to be present but the cable has just been cut off. A half-hearted attempt at a bicycle speedo conversion has been made.
    At the various websites that sell chopper/bobber/cafe stuff they list specific ratios for the speedos they sell.
    Has anyone installed any of these cable-driven analog speedos and, if so, what ratio would one use with the stock speedo drive?

    FWIW, I tried a search but results came up for a different bike or didn't have the info I seek (AFAIK)
