I have an 81 xj750 seca and an 82 xj750 maxim. When swaping the wheels the maxim's wheel was smaller(130/90-16) than the seca, but it fit and I didnt think twice about driveshaft, It rides okay, but it gives me something I can only explain as a 'neutral drop' when i give it a fair amount of gas at higher RPM. I took apart driveshafts and they are completely different. can somebody please tell me what I should do, should I take driveshaft off? and how to take the driveshaft off?...... I also need to know because im swaping the motors (maxim into seca), and I think I need to take it apart to get motor out.
    Thank you in advance.
