i have an xj750 motor on a 650 frame and 2nd is gone. so, this winter i have to split the cases and rebuild the tranny. i was looking on ebay and came across these transmission parts

can someone tell me if the transmission between the seca 750 and the maxim 750 is interchangeable?

im also going to try to put the front end of a 750 (so that i can have dual front brakes) on my bike. can i just get a 750 wheel, forks and brake system and mount them up to the triple tree i already have or are dimensions different?

I feel like i cant thank this forum enough for all of the great help!

I'm going to say they should be the same but I don't have my manuals with me right now. I could let you know in a week...
