    Another interesting build. I wonder if it was a kit or home built? Oh well, whatever works for folks.

    That's one of those horrible kits that put tremendous stress on the swingarm and shock points, not to mention the rear of the bike's frame, subjecting the whole thing to stresses it was never designed for. Frankly, I'd not be surprised to see them banned when MoTd at some future time, or made to pass an SVA inspection.
    Much better to take a Miata / MX5 subframe and make some pipery to weld or bolt on, removing the high stress areas from where they shouldn't be.
