Hi all, on the hunt for a full rack of mikuni bs35 for my 1983 XJ900 R.

Unfortunately all diaphragms on mine have teared and the support holding #3 carbs' float has cracked. Will pay for postage to Australia.

    Cheers,
    Jamie

Hi Jamie, we do have the complete vac piston diaphrams, and complete vac piston units (with the diaphragm installed) available, as well as a bare carb body (with a good post). Just send an e-mail to us for all of the information regarding prices, availability, ordering: info@xj4ever.com

I just fixed my broken float support left side #1 carburetor. Drilled it with a very small drill (on a milling machine, both the base and post) cut the drill shank off and used it for the pin. Then used JB Weld to fasten it together, works great. JB Weld is a cold weld metallic epoxy commonly used for odd repairs.
Then just buy the diaphragms, done.

JB weld will fail after a while there is a thread about a guy who can weld the post for you
