XJ900F uneven idling/some misfires..

    ..when idling for longer then an minute or so.
    The onboard Voltage drops to 10,9/11,0V.

    When if turn off the light, the engine idles good/evenly again.

    Could it be the battery nog 'holding' enough? I am not sure 11,0V is permitted or frowned upon.

    Or the genny being too lazy at 1100 rpm? Generator coils have good resistance values. Charging when riding is okay (14,4V without lights)

    Or the old ignition unit getting too sensitive for lowe Voltage?

    Arnaud, how are you keeping? Did I buy a 900 exhaust system from you a while ago?
    The generators don't do anything below 1200 or so rpm, so if your lights are on and battery a bit weak that may be the problem?
