After buying and rebuilding two sets of Carburetors. I finally figured out what the problem is.

ETHANOL additive in the gasoline. 15% and more here. It is literally eating the brass jets, needles and the small rubber gaskets around the float valve seat and the pilot screw. I have replaced them at a very expensive price only to have them destroyed in a few months by the gasoline.

What I need is a new set of Carburetors that are ethanol safe. Any ideas one where and what brand of After market Carbs I could place on this bike.

the intake side of the carb is 43mm that slides into the mount to the head.

    Any ideas guys?

I doubt it. If you really want to test it, get a brass jet and let it sit in a jar of your gas. Change it out once a month. See if it gets eaten. Rubber too. I and the world would love to see the results.

Ethanol just isn't that corrosive. A quick search shows that ethanol isn't corrosive for brass.

I've just never heard of someone needing new carbs because of Ethanol, or of 'ethanol resistant' carbs.

What makes you think Ethanol is your problem?
