Changed the intake rubbers and cleaned the carbs, but the bike runs good but the engine rpm is slow dropping to idle. Any suggestions??

Lean condition....maybe a clogged pilot jet or an air leak around the boots or somewhere.

Idle speed knob screwed in too far. Back it off. If the idle is too slow when you back it off, then there is another problem elsewhere -- sync, mixture, or vacuum leak.

    Mine was a vacuum leak.

might be a bit late, but mine turned out to be the idle screw. they're very sensitive on these bikes
