XVZ12 Bobbers??

    Why am I not able to find any info on this subject?? Am I the only one crazy enough to try this or am I missing something?

    I think they're quite rare. I do see a picture of one every blue moon.

    Try searching for "Venture" rather than XVZ12. They aren't often referred to by the model ID like the XJs are. Also, the 12 was only made for three years. All since then are XVZ13. (the one in the picture is an XVZ13).

    A bobber with a "fender extender" ??

    Ventures are pure ugly underneath all the tupperware.
    Bobbers are supposed to be simple, smooth and sexy. It's a big challenge.

    Yeah, not the best bobber platform. (also, what's the obsession with bobbers around here?) It could certainly be done, I would assume, but you have to ask yourself why and for how much money/time/work. Observing trends, it appears that full dressers have become quite popular and I feel like any early Japanese offering is worth more tuned, cleaned and waxed than hacked up and awkward.
