    Ok, heres the deal:

Took off the fairing on my bike that contained the turn signals and headlight. I replaced the turn signals and got them to work just fine. I ordered an aftermarket headlight and mounts. My delima is the old headlight in the fairing had 3 wires that connected to it (yellow, green and black), yet the new aftermarket headlight only has 2 wires (blue and white).

What goes where?... I'm such a newbie.

Your original headlight has two filaments, one for high beam the other for low. Not sure which color was which but the black should be the ground.

Is your new headlight high/low beam? Grounds are normally black. It may ground to the case or have a lug to attach the ground lead to.

Might need to spring for a dual filament bulb and install it to be able to have the DOT required high/low setup.
