YICS tool near Seattle WA

    Does anyone near Seattle or in Western WA have a YICS tool i can borrow? I just got an XJ and it is so close to being road ready but my mechanic said a YICS tool is needed to finish the job.. Can anyone help me out? Just need to borrow it. Thanks a lot

    I have one, but I'm in Vancouver (WA).
    You know you can easily build your own right? Drawing attached.... That's what I did...and you'll most likely need it again so build yourself one and you'll have it forever.
