Would someone give me fork oil capacities for an 83 750 Seca?
Does someone have a service manual CD for sale?
Thanks, Ron

I'm not sure what your model is so I'll give you all of them:
XJ750J uses 8.7 ounces (257 cc).
XJ750 RH and RJ use 10.5 ounces (309 cc).
You can use either 10-20 fork oil or 10W30 motor oil.
Hope this helps.
Cary.

What Cary said, and I thought I would go one up by listing the air pressure. I wonder why the book did not mention your XJ750RK?
XJ750J - Standard or Minimum air pressure is 5.7psi.
Maximum air pressure is 17.0psi.
XJ750 RH and RJ - Standard or Minimum is 5.7psi.
Maximum is 36.0psi
I am pretty sure you have the anti-dive control on your forks. I was wondering how much more difficult that makes it to work on or ride? B)

Thanks guys, I believe it is the XJRH it has the square double lights up front with the full handle bar pad.
Is this correct?

Ronnie, sorry, if I had read your first post more carefully you did say it was a 1983 750 Seca.
That particular model is XJ750 RK. The K indicates the year of manufacture so a "H" was 1981, an "J" was 1982 and a "K" was 1983. The "R" signifies the Seca model as opposed to the Maxim model.
You can double check your particular model by looking at the frame number on the steering head. It should read 5G2-150101... if it is a 1983 750 Seca.
If you have a Haynes manual, check out Chapter 7 for your bike. The RK was basically identical to the RJ (1982) version, including the type and amount of front fork oil so you will want to use the 10.5 ounces but for Seca's the mfg. recommends fork oil only and not engine oil. Hope this helps :).
Cary.
