Title: Owner's manual for 83 XJ650 Maxim
Description: on the web?

Title pretty much says it.
If there isn't one on the web, does anyone have one they could scan?
Better yet, if someone sends me scans I can put it on a website, how's that?
Thanks,
Jim

I don't know if you're looking to buy a manual, but I got my 83 XJ750 manual for about 10 bucks through Amazon.com. They were out of stock at first, which added to my discount, but they still seem to be the most reasonable source if you want to buy a new manual for yourself.

I am assuming there was an owner's manual that came with the bike; that's what I'm referring to. Stuff like "the turn signals are on a timer" and "inflate your tires to X pounds".
I don't mean a service manual if that's what you're talking about.

If I recall correctly there is an owners manual for the 1981 Maxim, on sale right now on eBay. Take a look. I can't imagine it would be much different than what you want.
