I love the style of the '82 Seca 750 but is it to small for me? I am 5'11' \ 255lbs. Is this bike powerfull enough? I have a chance to buy one for a good price. It has always been taken care of and is in great shape for a bike of it's age. I have a Kaw ltd 1000 which is a screamer.

Well, I'm 6'1" 300 pounds, and I have a 81 maxim 650, and it hauls me around pretty darn good. I don't think you'll have a problem with power, but it's really a personal preference. Take it for a test ride before you buy it. Kick it and see what you think. It's really the only advice I can give you. If it's running right a Seca 750 would be a thrill for me.
