It's a Mitsubishi TC-03-06A turbo.

Do you know of anywhere that sells new seals for it?

Try Magestic turbo's in Texas. They rebuilt mine for $350.00. Just curious but why do you think your turbo seals are bad?

the previous owner was riding along oneday and noticed smoke coming from the pipes (dont know if it was left or right). He thought he had blown the engine, so when he got home, they stripped down the engine. Engine was fine.

He got another XJ of his uncle, swapped all the good bits off his onto it and now i own both. The bike with the turbo is in the shed, so i want to fix the turbo and install it on the going bike.
