Recently I had one of the mufflers on my 1983 XJ750 completely crack. It's being held together right now with a 'muffler bandage' but it needs to be replaced. I would like to replace just the muffler, but I'm not opposed to getting a whole new exhaust system. However, I've heard and read countless stories about aftermarket systems changing engine performance. I like the sound and performance of my bike just the way it is. Are there any options that will keep my bike at least close to stock without any other changes? Has anyone had good luck with aftermarket systems? Any help would be really helpful--thanks
I have no clue where you can fit a stock replacement put you may want to try this page
