    Also have rear shocks (2 pair), rear bar around seat. Full stock exhaust. Everything is in great shape. Came off my bike with less than 5000 miles.

    Did you use new gaskets on the carb boots? When idling, spray carb cleaner at the joint between th boots and the engine and see if idle changes.
