are your throttle slides moving smoothly, these can be tested (with carbs off the bike) by blowing down the oval hole at the top of the intake...
but did you take away the resistance of the test leads? put both test leads together and note the resistance, then take that away from the coil...
his bike only has one pick-up, - other 2 cylinders work fine, but could be the pick-up isnt firing the other coil somehow
