    Well thinky, why you suppose this drain sucks unfiltered air straight to the carbs?

    So not only does this drain , drain it also sucks in none filtered air straight to the carbs. What say you geniuses?

    Thanks, I see that diagram you saw. It shows one clamp. Haynes page 132 shows 2 clamps. Each have a part #. 8 and 12. Who's right?

    It's not the hose with the union. It's the other one at bottom of housing. Haynes doesn't mention were it goes but they show the hose
