Starter question. Ohm measurements I have: 0 from solinoid to starter post. 0 from starter post to every spot on starter housing...even starter...
New starter has smooth bearing feel to it, not like crunchy one I took out. Now I also tested it off the bike...it spins but nothing torque out...

Just ordered a starter.40.00. Makes sense. Wire checked ok. Even removed the starter and tried it..
Nothing...spark..but no starter turn over....mmmmm turnover....
Ok all assembled. All clamps are tight. Battery at 12v. Key on. Push the start button and all I get is the solinoid clicking. .....what now.?
Broken bolts were frozen. Drilled and tapped from 6 to 8mm. Carbs cleaned. I'm replacing all the boot bolts. Assemble tomorrow. Freaking work...id...
