Len XJ4Ever - man with patience of Jobe

    I live in the Great White North and need some parts to replace damaged and lost bits of bike. I contacted "Chacal" and Len had everything I needed (although I will have to paint one part) I thought that a money order would be the safest way to get payment to him. Safe yes, but Canada Post lived up to their reputation for arrogance and incompetence. I addressed the envelope but didn't put USA on it. Two weeks later it was returned. Resent with USA on it, two weeks later was returned for "better address". A trip to the local post office was made and they couldn't understand why it had been returned. I emailed Len with a copy of the envelope for verification. He confirmed it was as should be. Resent with another Zip Code provided me by CP but different than the usual one used by XJ4EVER. It finally arrived. 5 weeks had now passed. Len held those parts for me the whole time. One part was the only one in known captivity and he may of had other customers looking for it - don't know for sure.
    November 4 recieved notification that the parts had been shipped to my sister in Atlanta to be brought up next month. Several hours (I do mean hours) another email from sister - parts arrived. Canadians use PayPal!!!

    Sorry for the long winded previous post but I am so impressed with Len and his ethics. Every part is as he described, pricing was fair, and service was unbelievable.

    The part needing paint is due to it being a different colour - a fact explained at time of his quote to me. Not because of any defect.

    I have used money orders to get parts from Len twice with no problems. Must of been a bad day at the post office.

    Well lets face it Canada Post doesn't employ the smartest people in the world.
