    as far east as you can get in michigan 43.027407,
    so i was at the store looking for oil...

    i didnt know the exact, manual specified viscosity so i pulled out the phone and called Carl...

    how many shops do you know that would interrupt what theyre doing to GIVE you the information you seek over the phone vs saying "well bring it in and we can take care of that for you" (and of course charge you for the service)...

    what makes this even MORE impressive is, i was asking for info for my KAWASAKI ZRX...
