    anymore updates?

I put my 10" shocks on yesterday. I think I need to follow your lead and look for a maxim 650 tank though. I'm not digging the stock tank or the king sporty tank I picked up for it.

Hey Seaguy, don't point it out :D, I used to grow HERBS, but gave it up a long time ago.

Koolaid I got my new carbs in Thursday, but won't be able to do any work on it until next weekend. Getting a new tat in the moring, a backpiece thats going to take about 10 hours then plans with the family on Sunday. I thought about using the original tank, but it just didn't look right. I got the 650 tank from a guy on here for 40 shipped. I like it, but it's only temporary, going to be getting a porkster tank from a guy in my club just as soon as I get the cash.

Do I have your email address? We can go back and forth via email instead of me cluttering your thread if you want to.

I just got a king sporty tank (porkster) in the mail the other day. I'm not really diggin it for the Seca though. I like the way yours looks on there a lot better. I'm searching ebay right now for a 650 tank.

A king tank tank is different from the porkster tank. The porkster is more rounded with two caps similar in shape to the 650 tank, the king tank is just a larger peanut tank with a single cap, which one do you have?

I thought I read that the king WAS the porkster tank. Guess I read wrong. I have the king sporty tank. I think I'm just going to put it on a shelf to use on another project.

all that project is right now is a frame with some gsxr wheels/front end mocked up on it and parts laying all over the place. That project is going to be a handful.

Ok, so now I'm just cluttering up your thread AND your pm box... hahahahaha

I tripped over the damn dog coming out of my shed and snapped my index and middle finger. I have a old trailer ramp that I use to get my bike in and out of the shed, when I fell my fingers went through the holes and that was all it took. Sucks even more because I got a buddy coming down from China Grove, NC friday for me to start his tattoo, don't know how I'm going to do that with one hand.

Yea, but I'm only an apprentice right now, working with a friend. I'm not tattooing anyone other than friends right now. I don't even have my own equipment yet, I'm using my buddies spare set up. I started drawing tattoo flash about 12 years ago and have sold a good number of pieces and have around half my body tattooed so this was just the next step.

That's not what I was saying, I would do it just not right now. I don't want to butcher anyone other than the few I am tattooing right now :D

I know....I was just joking. Let me know when you feel up to it and we can go for a ride and then you can practice perfecting your art on me. I need help coming up with what to get where though. I was thinking a half sleeve on my left arm, but my wife is objecting to that, so it would either be on my left leg OR 1/4 sleeve...OR I invest into long sleeves for work :D
