Missing Bolt?

    Yes, you are missing a Pinch bolt there. Find one that will fit the diameter of the hole and long enough to have a lock washer and nut on the bottom. You also might use a washer on the top that matches the "worn" area for even distribution of the tension there.

    Do yourself a favor and don't go to the hadware store, contact chacal. Send an email with that picture to info@xj4ever.com (remvoe the spaces) and ask Len for the correct bolt. He will get you the bolt, nut, and washers specific to your bike.

    In the meantime that is NOT safe to ride on.
