I found a cover for my XJ750 Maxim at walmart.com. It has very good reviews. My bike has a small winshild, has anyone ever bought one of these? What size should I get, as they don't really have a bike like mine when they show the three size bikes.
    Thank you,
    Chris.

way late reply BUT i got the one that fits up to 1100CC fits great on my 750... i suggest an extra bungie or 2, the straps they provide broke when it was kinda windy... over all for $20 works great... been through rain, snow and heavy ice... love it.

I bought one and it went through the winter excellent. I need to watch out for the clips because I reach under the bike and pull hard to the other side to connect. Hasn't broke through the winter.

I did melt a little on the exhaust which I posted on another thread. Some of the superwalmarts have a motorcycle section with some nice accessory's.

One I was at had a very nice pack to fit on the sissy bar. To bad I don't have one to put it on.
The website has nice saddle bags but I haven't got those yet.

    Chris.

I picked up the small-sized cover. It was just okay. The one I had claimed to be waterproof and was most definitely not, and I had to keep taking the cover off to let it dry out. Pretty annoying.

I'm using a medium sized Oxford cover on my bike (same dimensions as an XJ900 31A) and it's just about big enough. I already had it for a couple of months from another bike or I'd have bought the large size instead as it's a little short with the steering lock on.

Feels cheap (and was, fairly, at £15) but so far it's holding up well to strong wind with no tears, waterproof & has loops in the front to put a heavy lock through the wheel.

Just throwing that out there for those in the UK (not sure if Oxford products are available in the US).
