    I ordered a service manual for my XJ 650 LJ Seca Turbo and it was as easy as ever.
    No word of a lie within one hour of inquiring I had a quote.
    I paid with PayPal, and book was shipped immediately!!!
    I chose the cheap slow mail option and it came in the same time that the more expensive mail option said.
    Every time I have ordered from xj4ever, it has always been a pleasure and I always get exactly what I ordered, in perfect condition, and fast!!!

    Fantastic service. I put in a parts order along with suggestion on what else I might need which I overlooked for the project I was working on. Got good, solid feedback. Everything came promptly and was well packaged.

    So I finally get to unboxing my care package from chacal, and what do I see? Two extra bits in the box? Hmm, that can't be right... and on the bottom - "You forgot these seals! I threw them in for you."

    Yet again proving that buying from chacal will not only get you great parts at a great price, it will also save you pain and suffering! Thanks to XJ4ever for looking out for me!

    Well I placed a order with Len again... What can I say. Everytime it's right on. Ebay is pretty much worthless for parts imo. I've order some parts from ebay and there never right and it always says there the right part for my bike. Can't say how much I appreciate the service he provides. It's great. Thanks len.

    Received my heavy-laden box of parts from Len (Chacal) yesterday! I work 24-hour shifts as a firefighter, so I wasn't able to check it out until this morning. I cannot compliment him, his service, and his parts quality highly enough! I applaud his dedication to service and quality, and I recommend that anyone in need of parts take these dozens of pages of positive recommendations to heart and spend your money with Len! If you buy anywhere else, I can guarantee that you will be getting a lower level of service and knowledge, even if you are lucky enough to find the same parts, which I HIGHLY doubt!

    I'm new to the XJ community. I've been reading voraciously about these machines over the last few weeks and have learned much of what I now know from this forum. The knowledge base here is unbelievable.

    With a fuel leak first on the list of things I need to deal with, I've already purchased some items (O-Rings, washers, filter, hardware, etc.) from Len. From initial email to final delivery of the parts, everything was great. Len is patient and knowledgeable.

    Will be ordering from Len again soon. No Doubt.
