    Evening all,

I just did the clearances on the bike. Being this is the first time I’ve done this I wanted to double check.

So based on what I figured out.

All but #4 on the intake are ok. It needs to drop down a shim?

    On the exhaust

V1,2,3 need to drop down a shim and v4 needs to drop down 2 sizes?

Just want to make sure I am getting this correct.

Ok, I double checked and if I’m reading correctly

    Intake changes to
    V1 - 265
    V2-255
    V3-245
    V4-260

    Exhaust changes to
    V1- 250
    V2-250
    V3- 245
    V4-255

That’s if I’m reading the chart correctly in the post done by bigfitz52

You are 100% correct in your size determinations, and if you choose to swap shims around, then what you'll end up needing are:

    2 x 2.45mm shims
    1 x 2.50mm shim
    2 x 2.55mm shims

    Thank you kindly.

I will see what I can locate here and get her buttoned up and do a compression test on it afterwards. Hopefully things will be good.

Okay, good luck with the project. And we do have all these shims in-stock if there is no local supply available.
