Anyone added a USB port to their bike? My bike has the storage boxes on each side of the frame underneath the grip and I wonder what's the best line to splice into if adding a USB port.

My 750 Maxim has the auxiliary light with it's own switch. I disconnect the light, jumper in some wires and connect it to a 12v USB socket
I like it cause I don't have to cut anything and I have a switch to turn it off if I want.
I never use the aux light anyways

Ah, sounds like a good option. Unfortunately I don't have the ability to turn on/off auxiliary lights.

I used the same one as Timbox. Mounted in the saddle bag and wired directly to the battery. Turn it off when not in use .
