What tool to remove spark plugs on 750 Maxim X?

    The spark plug socket I have does not fit around the plug inside the sleeve. Does it require a special socket or tool?

    Did you get the original tool kit with the bike? It would have the correct tool which can be used with a ratchet and socket to turn it.

    If I remember correctly it is an 18 mm spark plug socket.

    I did not think to look in there. I always think of those tools as what one would use on the side of the road. However, I did end up trying a ¾” socket that worked. Challenging to get a ratchet that would work on the two inside plugs. Thanks for your reply.

    I tried an 18 mm but was too small. Someone else said 21 mm but I don’t have a 21 mm. I tried ¾” and that worked. Thanks for the reply.
