    Bad experience with this seller on eBay over a recent gasket purchase, gave the seller negative feedback over poor shipping performance and got this in return. They claim to ship within four days coming from Eugene Oregon, I had another item arrive from Eugene that was purchased a day after and it arrived on Monday. Want to do business after this:

    "Your account has been permanently banned. I demand you return your gasket once received. You do NOT deserve to use it."

    This was my reply and I think it speaks for itself;
    "This is how you treat customers? Drag your feet with some game about shipping 4 days AFTER payment then getting all upset when you get EARNED negative feedback all because you wanted to send things the cheapest and pocket the extra profit? I paid you RIGHT AWAY and when you get my money YOU WORK FOR ME. You will NOT get the gasket back should it arrive as I have ALREADY PAID you and as stated clearly on your auction site NO RETURNS. Ban me if you want but social media and the fact I'm very well known on SEVERAL motorcycle forums I WILL get the word around about how you treat customers and by your own hand I HAVE THE PROOF. I was totally up front with you from the start and gave you CLEAR WARNING that I was going to return with negative feedback, you didn't respond until now. You can demand all you want but in the end you will get NOTHING."

    Furthermore I also did a complaint with eBay regarding the seller and followed up with this message:
    "I have reported you to eBay administration regarding your business practices and how you treat customers. I have also warned others about you and your "parent" Nippon Machines with a copy & paste of your message to me. Again this was by your OWN HAND in YOUR OWN WORDS and now you can deal with it ON YOUR OWN TERMS.

    The arrogance is off the charts. I do NOT deserve to use it? All I can say is WOW!

    Anyone want to lay odds on whether --- after all this --- you also get the wrong gasket?

    And as far as I know, unless it's some type of eBay thing, there's no extra money to be had for him by delaying shipment....except perhaps to consolidate all shipments into one day (one trip) to the Post Office or the UPS depot.

    Well it's been over 10 days since I placed the order so... Now I'm filing a fraud complaint, sure it's only $9.65 but I'm about the principal.

    Ask him (or see if it shows on your eBay purchase history for that item) a tracking number......

    Things are going to the next step.

    This is my latest message to the seller:
    It is now February 15th and it still has NOT arrived so I'm going to do the request refund. It was YOUR responsibility to ship this item after it was paid for REGARDLESS of the method and because you chose to ship WITHOUT TRACKING it is your problem. If you had shipped this with the tracking instead of pocketing the difference you wouldn't have this issue. If you want to take this further I can always open a fraud complaint and your sales account may be suspended pending the outcome of this. As a rural route carrier I know how the delivery system works and I will use all the options at my disposal to resolve this issue in my favor, do keep in mind mail fraud is a federal offense and it doesn't matter if the item is only a dollar. February 20 is when the Item Has Not Arrived window opens for me and I intend to use this.

    Going nuclear, bravo!

    The Postal Inspector Service is actually the oldest federal law enforcement agency in the country.....started by Ben Franklin in 1775.

    Pro Tip: don't commit mail fraud, those guys don't f-around.
