1982 XJ 650 for Sale. Runs but needs TLC.

Selling 1982 XJ 650. Runs but needs TLC.
Just put new Spark Plugs, fixed the Fuel Selector Valve and put filter in Gas Line.

What I know it needs:
- Has a leak somewhere, it starts to rev high (3K rpm) when engine is hot.
- Carbs need good cleaning or rebuild.
- Needs new Tires, both front and rear,
- Left/Right Switches work but need restoration. Starter Switch bypassed with non-standard button.
- Choke Cable needs to be replaced.
- Some cosmetics issues but nothing major.

Condition: It starts and runs, have to keep had on throttle when cold. Transmission shifts well.

Will take $750. Reasonable offers considered. Located in Oregon.
Don't want to sell it for parts.
