I have had my bike running and noticed that the rpm gauge was not Working. Do you think i need a new one or any solutions to try to fix it.. also the red light that says oil level has been on since i got it. The oil level looks fine thru the sight glass. I am probaly gonna change the oil any way because the bike has been sittin for about 4 years.

There is a good chance the problem with the tachometer is just the cable. They break if they sit around and rust for years.

Oil level light could be a stuck float or the wire could be shorted to ground. Look for the wire to be pinched between the engine and frame, chewed by rodents etc.
