That reconstructed stamp is going to affect the value of the bike significantly. The plus is that it has a complete, and apparently undamaged touring package. The two might about cancel each-other out.

 

At this point I would think they are fully depreciated, I wouldn't suggest either are prime for show circuit restoration but good examples of bikes from a time when bikes were less niche oriented. I find the the whole clean vs. reconstructed thing kinda misleading in vehicles of this age, unless you are looking to restore, make a quick buck or otherwise. Any given vehicle has to be judged by what it is, someone could have a clean title bike that should of been totaled and they decided to fix themselves rather than take an insurance ding, where the reconstructed vehicle may have more recent parts and a better maintenance history. In my experience I have bought both, and usually I can get what I paid for them when I'm ready to move on to something else. Either of the bikes listed here with a little work and patience could be parted out for more than the asking prices, so the value is there with or without titles. But they can be ridden and always attract attention that newer bikes don't, so some person or persons should enjoy them for a few years and then sell them again. Maybe then they will even be worth more.
