40mpg

I am runnign at 45 psi rear and 42 psi front. It rides alittle rougher but rolling resistance is real low compared to before when I had it at 36 front and 38 back. Also I'll take soem pics of the plugs and post tonight. Thanks

 

Sorry to go back to the Harleys but HD already came out with a café racer I think in the late seventies and everybody hated it, it didn’t fit in with the Harley riders and it didn’t fit in with the café racers. I was told you could buy them new in the crate for $1800 I saw one in decent shape and they were asking $14,000 (doesn’t mean they’ll get $14,000 for it :lol: ). That new one does look good though, maybe this generation is ready for a Harley café racer.

Back to the topic I don’t check mpg either and fun per gallon for me is not quantifiable.

Yikes, maybe the tower in the petcoc has somehow been clogged.

 

i go about 120 before i hit reserve, and depending on how i ride, i get between 40 and 49 mpg mixing up in town vs. freeway. i don't mind the stops, i'm pretty new to biking and i like to stretch out!
