550/600 owners some clutch guts info for you

    Put my 550 clutch how you said .still stalls ,did not have boss spring so put one in ,all friction plates were the same size .8 friction and 7 knobed ones and one spring

    You might not have gotten a 550 clutch kit (many parts out here are mislabled). Who did you buy from?

    Stalling usually is not indicative of a clutch problem, but slippage is.
    Start a thread and we can help you figure things out.

    Got all the parts from MotorCity Powersports. All the friction plates were over 3.1 mm ,so got a spring cleaned the flat plates ,and polished both hubs
