    I'm not a 550 guy, so I don't really know the value/scarcity of the bits on this bike. However, I might be willing to go pick it up if there are buyers for the parts.

    Geez.... too far for me, but pretty pricey considering the condition, and the only expensive bits are the seat and the fairing....anything else is missing

    If it were near me I might be interested if it were $250-300 and I didnt have to go far. The fairing, rims, seat, rear cowl are the only good things I see. The front fender looks trashed, side covers are missing, correct mufflers are missing, tank appears to have rust holes at the back, who knows the condition of the front brakes, gauges are faded, etc....

    If I had to drive a ways for it, I wouldnt pay much.... it’s a very incomplete parts bike.

    They’re worth grabbing, but they’re not fantastically rare. They’re basically the same carbs as any other xj550.

    That cowl is worth $150 to $200.
