82 650 Seca Turbo - partially rebuilt

Was in the process of rebuilding my 82 Seca Turbo and decided to throw in the towel (looking at a FZ09). The chassis is reassembled and ready to go, but the engine cases are split and the fairings were in the beginning stages of sanding for repainting.

-Frame, swing arm, master cylinder, calipers, stands and lower forks are power coated
-New tires, wheel bearings and rims have been cleaned and polished
-New brake lines and pads, shoes
-Rear hub repainted and new seals, oil installed
-New ignition coils and fuse box
-Black plastics around speedo have been refinished
-Have new bearings and seals for the engine
-Seat recovered
-New front fork springs and seals as well as new rear shocks
-Carbs have all new seals and need balanced and synced once the engine and exhaust/turbo is ready to go.

I've got new seals and bearings for the engine, including crankshaft bearings, once the engine has been repainted and ready to be reassembled.

Missing windshield as it was in poor shape, and it'll need new intake boots and engine gaskets. My plan was to have the turbo rebuilt but overall I don't know the actual condition of it.
