'82 maxim 650 budget bike

    got a old fire extinguisher, 1967 i think.
    might try to make a tank out of it....

    IM not feeling that as a tank but to each is there own. I'd try a mini keg or something, but that jacks up the lines of ur bike badly.

    nah, it would be cut and trenched to sit on the rail better, along with splitting the bracket down the center and welding a mounting plat to the frame, would sit roughly 3 -4 inches lower and forward about a inch or so. the pressure guage would make a nice spot to mount the tach or speedo. prolly a tach. i was just setting it up there and took a pic for S&G's.

    progress lmao. if i can ever get my hands on a welder they'll be lotsa progress. as it sits, till i get new bars i cant do much, need the bars to know where to put the shift and forward controls. and i need a welder to fix the frame once i hack it up lol. so once i get one its on.as for now i just tare around on it. been working on it in the ally way since i got it need to find a garage soon also. hate apartments.

    ill take some pics of the shift soon as i got a chance.
