At first glance, I thought she was nude. Zoomed in, surprisingly wasn't disappointed she was dressed!

@MattiThundrrr I'm a bit disappointed you didn't make a "headers and muff" joke... have to say she's clearly old enough to be my Mum but damn.. If I hadn't been 1 years's old in 1976 I would have been there..

I have to stop looking at that pic because I get a bit annoyed every time I see that piece of rusty frame stuck in at a stupid angle and all that rustle metal crap pieced in on top of that.

$50-$100 sounds good if it has good compression

Wow, I did not know they were hard to find, mine had it on it when I bought it. Actually took it off for a bit for a change of pace, but after my first ride down the interstate, I promptly put it back on.

It takes some skill. You have to pour the fuel into each cylinder as you're riding it while also trying to get it spread evenly across the 4 cylinders and still be able to pay attention to where you're going and run the rest of the controls. Piece of cake right?

$5800 buys a lot of motorcycle, that's very little.
    750SOHCs are appreciating in value.
You might get $500 if you part that one out, basically just an engine.
$400 would be a fair price. Personally I'd rather have the $400.

That's not just a bike. It is a work of art. You obviously don't get it. Try wearing skinny jeans and growing a beard. That might help.

I don't hate the look, but I wouldn't pay that amount for it! Guy needs to recognize that he's selling an incomplete bike and price it accordingly. Subtract money for all the parts that are missing as opposed to adding money.

The entire listing for this bike is amazing.

    "

    1981 Yamaha Maxim 650

    fuel: gas
    transmission: manual

Selling the Yamasaki. That's right. It's a Yamaha Maxim 650 with a Kawasaki tank poorly strapped to it. This bike has an inline 4 cylinder, 16 valve, dual overhead cam engine strapped to a 5 speed gearbox that'll grab your genitals and smoothly transfer them to the ground through it's shaft-drive rear end. She's been the most reliable vehicle I've owned and has never left me stranded in over a year of riding it. Have real paperwork with a new York title. I've installed TWO LED light bars for high and low beam that'll blind your neighbor's cat. I've also fitted it with a much more sleek custom seat to give your old lady something to complain about if you want her on the back of this chick magnet. There's odds and ends that need a little fixing that I never had the time for. Needs a starter soon but a few words of advice from a ball peen hammer on cold starts and she'll turn right over. Never a problem when she's hot. She'll need fresh tires, I've skinned them down to nothing. And if you want to bitch about it, the front brakes aren't hooked up, rears do the trick enough for me. I should have most of the stock parts if you're in to that sort of thing.

This badass custom motor scooter can be yours for $900 cash. Trades welcome."

It's a Yamasaki! Those came STOCK with 16 valve dual overhead cams.

I believe the service manual states that "poorly strapped" is actually the torque spec for mounting the gas tank.

I'm glad the headlights will blind the neighbors cat, that's exactly who I have issues with everytime I ride!
