Any Ideas On How To Change Tires?

    The instructions that say "opposite" are from days past (Avon, IIRC) and they actually mean "next to."

    The dot goes adjacent to the valve stem; or in the case of old Britbikes with rimlocks, adjacent the rimlock (which is 4X heavier than the valve stem.)

    I agree with Rick; I just take them in. It's one of the very few things I pay to get done, and worth every cent.

    what would be a reasonable price to pay - re and re with balancing - guess I'm showing my Scottish heritage lol
