For the seat mod I cut off the back of the bannana seat, leaving the front seat almost totaly intact. Then I used the plastic parts from the part of the seat I cut off and cut and taped them together to form the base for the back seat. I then got some soft foam, which was about 2 inches thick, and cut it into the rough shape of the seat. Then i used duct tape and compressed the foam down by stretching duct across and around the back seat. This really smoothed out the foam and compressed it down from 2 inches thick to about 1 inch in the middle of the seat. Then I covered the seat. It may soud flimsy but it is realy sturdy, and is pretty comfortable as well.
