I'm a year younger than my '85 XJ700, but it probably still runs better than I do..

Interesting thread! Sheds the 'harsh light of reality', that's fer sure!

I'm about 1 1/2 times older than my XJ, V-Max & FJR put together!

    Do I feel it?.....oh yeah!

    Do I act it?......HELL NO!

If I add the age difference of my 2 bikes to me, it still doesn't add up to my age! I do feel 20 something when I do ride so thats a good thing. I don't ride like a lot of 20 somethings and thats a good thing!

Haha, awesome... I'm 6 years younger than my '82. I always felt like it was way older, I guess we're not that far apart.

    Older than my XJ?

I'm more than twice as old as these XJ's!

    I'm older than a BSA 500cc A7.

Oh I am so Tempted. I'm quite a bit older than my Norton, and older than the original Triumph Bonneville (by about 10 years.)

Face it Ricksta, we're both older than dirt.

'xcuse me now, I gotta go take off my riding boots.

I had a '59 Bonneville, pre-unit back in '70, 5 yrs. or so after getting out of the Navy....was that the original B'ville? I think perhaps it was!!

How weird is that! Dirt....eh? :D

My kids accuse me of having "Michael Landon hair" when they see old pics. (It was down to the middle of my back until '77.) No velour though. Out here in the stix we have a word for that.

    It's tough getting old.
I could do without the pain.
    I got 2 bikes and 2 grand-kids.

The really fun times I have to look back on, ...
I was right there when Rock-'n-roll got invented and the Japs gave birth to the 2-wheeled generation.

Yer right Rick....it is tough but no matter how bad it gets it's still better than not getting any older!
