best motorcycle model?

I love my XJ first, but I've been tempted by the new Bolt.

ALWAYS wanted a Vmax. When they first came out I was a sophomore in high school. I never got a chance (yet) to even ride one though. I did have for about 3 years a V65 Sabre though. What an animal on acceleration that was. Never had a single issue with it. I had the aftermarket oil system from the filter to the cams. I did talk to one previous Vmax owner though, he stated that the two main issues why he sold his was it lunched 2nd gear, and it just did not like twisty roads at his pace. He at that time was just breaking in his new Gsxr 1000 and that bike is flat out insane fast. It's not even remotely close to the old muscle bikes we love in terms of character or performance but Rashed out sport bikes are everywhere while the bikes that started the muscle bike era are not only hard to find in decent shape, most of them are still daily riders for people and bringing solid money used. I never did really take a good look at Suzukis answer to the V65 or the Vmax, the Madura but they swear they are anvil reliable comfortable and plenty quick for what it is. Kawasaki's Eliminator never excited me though. I see some of those around used with bottom end issues.
